BY-LAW NUMBER 3487/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 1684/83
to provide for a pedestrian crossing on Glenanna
Road
Whereas By-law 1684/83, passed by the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering on June 6, 1983, designates pedestrian crossovers for
the purposes of the Highway Traffic Act; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 1684/83
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 1684/83 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
ITEM COLUMN I COLUMN II
5. Glenanna Road Across the full width of the roadway between:
A line parallel to and A line parallel
0.7 metres north of the to and 3.8 metres
southerly limit of the north of that limit
intersection with The
Esplanade South
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th
day of June, 1990.
