BY-LAW NUMBER 3476/90
Being a By-law to amend By-law 1612/83, which amended Restricted Area (Zoning)
By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District
Planning Area in Part of Block A, Part of Block B, Plan M-998 (Parts 1 - 16, inclusive, Plan
40R-7347) in the Town of Picketing.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 1612/83,
amending By-law 3036, to permit the establishment of various commercial establishments on
Part of Block A, Part of Block B, Plan M-998 (Parts l - 16, inclusive, Plan 40R-7347) in the
Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to amend By-law 1612/83 to permit expansion of the existing building;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Text Amendment
(I) Section 5 (2) (f) (i) of By-law 1612/83 is hereby amended by replacing the number
10,700 with the number 11,210.
(2) Section 5 (2) (f) (ii) of By-law 1612/83 is hereby amended by replacing the number
1,860 with the number 2,360.
2. Effective Date
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof, subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
