BY-LAW NUMBER 3475/90
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 2921/88, ..which amended
Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Picketing District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Block 37, Plan
40M-1600 and Part of Block 21, Plan 40M-1423 (Parts I and 4, Plan 40R-12849), in the Town
of Picketing. (A 30/89)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed By-law 2921/88,
amending By-law 3036 to perm. it the development of one lot supporting a detached dwelling to
occur on the subject lands being Part of Block 37, Plan 40M-1600, and Part of Block 21, Plan
40M-1423 (Parts 1 and 4, Plan 40R-12849~ in conjunction with abutting lands being Part of Block
37, Plan 40M-1600, and Part of Block 21, Plan 40M-1423 (Parts 2 and3, Plan 40R-12849), in the
Town of Pickering.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to further amend By-law 3036 as amended by By-law 2921/88 to permit the
development of a separate lot supporting a detached dwelling to occur on the subject lands.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FO! .! -OWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
(1) Schedule "I" to By-law 2921/88 is hereby amended by changing from "S2" to "SY' the
zone designation of the lands hatched on Schedule "I" attached hereto.
2. BY-LAW 2921/88
By-law 2921/88, as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to
give effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to the lands hatched on Schedule 'T'
attached hereto. Definitions and subject matter not specifically dealt with in this By-law
shall be governed by the relevant promsions of By-law 2921/88.
3. EFFE{~TrlVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.

By-law 2921/88, as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to
give effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to the lands hatched on Schedule "I"
attached hereto. Definitions and subject matter not specifically dealt with in this By-law
shall be governed by the relevant prowsions of By-law 2921/88.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
