BY-LAW NUMBER 3468190
Being a by-law to appoint a Director
of Planning for the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering (Mr. Neil Carroll).
WHEREAS pursuant to section 208.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 302, as amended, the council of a municipality may
pass by-laws for appointing such officers and servants as may be
necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Mr. Nell Carroll is hereby appointed Director of Planning for
the Corporation of the Town of Picketing to carry out the duties
of the Director until such time as this appointment ~s
terminated.
2. By-law Number 1294/81 is hereby repealed.
3. This by-law shall be effective on June ll, 1990.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
28th day of May, 1990.
