Being a by-law to amend By-law 3060/89 to
prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing
of planning applications
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Planning Act,
1983, S.O. 1983, c. 1, as amended, the council of a municipality may by
by-law prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of applications made
in respect of planning matter; and
Whereas by By-law Number 3060/89 passed on March 6, 1989, a tariff of
fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning
matters was enacted; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to increase the fees for the processing of
applications for plans of subdivision and condominium;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICK£RING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 2320.4 of The Town of Picketing Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Items 3 and 4 and substituting
therefor the following:
3. Subdidivision Plan $400 plus $40 per dwelling unit
4. Condominium Plan $400 plus $20 per dwelling unit
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th
day of February, 1990.
