BY-LAW NO.3405 /90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 115 and 116,
Plan M-1189, Picketing, as public highway
( Moorelands Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 115 and
116, Plan M-1189, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 115 and 116. Plan M-1189, Picketing are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Moorelands Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
