BY-LAW NO. 3404 /90
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of the road
allowance between Lots 24 and 25, Concession 1,
Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-1944,
save and except that part of Part 1, Plan
40R-1944 being within Part 1, Plan 40R-7794, as
public highway (Dixie Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of the
road allowance between Lots 24 and 25, Concession 1, Pickering designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-1944, save and except that part of Part l, Plan 40R-1944 being within Part
1, Plan 40R-7794, which desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of the road allowance between Lots 24 and 25, Concession 1, Picker-
lng designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-1944, save and except that part of Part 1,
Plan 40R-1944 being within Part 1, Plan 40R-7794, is hereby dedicated as public
highway (Dixie Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
