BY-LAW NO. 3403/90
Being a by-law to name that part of Block L,
Plan 418, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-12848 (Cowan Circle).
WHEREAS that part of Block L, Plan 418, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-12848, has been dedicated as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block L, Plan 418, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-12848 is hereby named "Cowan Circle".
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
