BY-LAW NO. 3402/90
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Block L, Plan
418, Picketing, as public highway (Part 2, Plan
40R-12848; Cowan Circle).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of
Block L, Plan 418, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-12848, and wishes to
dedicate same as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block L, Plan 418, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-12848, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Cowan Circle).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
