BY-LAW NO. 3394 /90
Being a by-law to dedicate Block I, Plan M-1037,
Picketing as public highway. (Bronte Square).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block I, Plan
M-1037, which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block I, Plan M-1037, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
