BY-LAW NO. 3393 /90
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
298175, 376176 and 869178, respecting Lots 1 to
328 inclusive, Plan M-1037, Pickering, Lots 399 to
505 inclusive and Block L, Plan M-1038,
Picketing, and Lots 506 to 680, inclusive, Plan
M-1039, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 298~75, 376/76 and 869178 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
