BY-LAW NO. 3368/90
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 51-58, 60-66,
68-72, 76-78, 80-81, 87, 102-106 and 148, Plan
40M-1571, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing ttEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter l, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 51-58, 60-66, 68-72, 76-78, 80-81, 87, 102-106 and 148, Plan 40M-1571,
Picketing.
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of
January, 1990.
