BY-LAW NO. 3365/90
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Transfer of that part of Lot" 18 and the Road
Allowance between Lots 18 and 19, Concession 1,
Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12803~
from The Corporation of the Town of Picketing to
The Regional Municipality of Durham.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass
a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer of that part of Lot 18 and the Road
Allowance between Lots 18 and 19, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R~12803, being the subject lands in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
authorized by section 1 of By-law 2541/87, from The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing to The Regional Municipality of Durham~
NOW TItEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing ltEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, transferring from The Corporation of the Town
of Picketing to The Regional Municipality of Durham that part of Lot 18 and the
Road Allowance between Lots 18 and 19, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as
Part 1, Plan 40R-12803.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of
January, 1990.
