BY-LAW NUMBER 3363/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 55/74
prohibiting heavy traffic on Pickering
Parkway and on Woodview Avenue
Whereas pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c.302, s.210.117, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:
HIGHWAY FROM TO
Pickering Parkway Notion Road Brock Road
Woodview Avenue Southerly leg of Northerly leg of
Pine Grove Avenue Pine Grove Avenue
2. This by-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the
Council of The Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the
Regional Municipality of Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.434, s.40.
3. By-law 3247/89 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 22nd day of
January, 1990.
