BY-LAW NUMBER 3359/90
Being a by-law to appoint persons to the Town
of Pickering Local Architectural Conservation
Advisory Committee
WHEREAS pursuant to By-law 2344/86, a committee shall be established to
be known as the Town of Pickering Local Architectural Conservation
Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS By-law 2972/88 appointed various persons to this committee; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint additional persons to this
committee;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That section 8 of By-law 2972/88 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Brian Hern to November 30, 1991
Enrico Pistritto to November 30, 1991
Konrad Zeh to November 30, 1991
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and passed this 8th day of
January, 1990.
