BY-LAW NUMBER 2358/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2108/85 respecting
the temporary borrowing of monies until taxes are
collected (1990).
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 189 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, c.302, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing enacted By-law 2108/85 authorizing the yearly borrowing of sums
necessary to meet, until taxes are collected, the current expenditures of
the Corporation for the year;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS VOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 2108/85, as amended, ~s hereby further amended
by adding thereto the following item:
lO. 1990 $3 million $62,320,000 nil
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8th
day of January, 1990.
