BY-LAW NO. 2748/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1562/82 tempo-
rarily closing roads (Annland Street, Antonio
Street, Batory Avenue, Chapleau Drive,
Commerce Street, Concession 5 Road, Douglas
Avenue, Front Road, Leaside Street, Marksbury
Road, Oliva Street, Patmore Lane, Pleasant
Street, Poprad Avenue, Rosebank Road, Sangro
Lane, Scarborou gh / Picketing Townline Road,
Sideline 12, Stroud's Lane, Surf Avenue,
Toynevale Road, Tullo Street, Uxbridge/
Picketing Townline Road, Vistula Drive and Wharf
Street).
WHEREAS, on October 4th, 1982, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-law 1562/82, providing for the temporary closing of roads under
the jurisdiction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 1562/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
items set out in Schedule I to this by-iaw.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of April,
1988.
