BY-LAW NUMBER 3355/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
3256/89 to appoint By-law Enforcement
Officers for certain purposes (Parking
Regulation Pickering Town Centre,
1355 Kingston Road, Pickering)
Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law Number 3256/89 on September 18, 1989 to appoint three
persons to enforce By-law Number 2359/87 at the Pickering Town
Centre, 1355 Kingston Road; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to appoint a fourth person as a
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer to enforce By-law Number 2359/87
at the Pickering Town Centre;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 1 of By-law Number 3256/89 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Mr. Theron Mounsey
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
18th day of December, 1989.
