Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 115, Plan
40M-1473, Picketing, as public highway. (Saugeen
Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 115, Plan
40M-1473, Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 115, Plan 40M-1473, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway,
(Saugeen Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of
December, 1989.
