Stroud) WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from the title to Block 56, Plan 40M-1480 an Agreement between the Town and Ernest L. Stroud dated May 16, 1977 and registered May 16, 1977, as Instrument No. D46939; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of an Agreement dated May 16, 1977 and registered May 16, 1977, as Instrument No. D46939, as it affects Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Pickering; (Ernest L. STROUD insofar as it affects Block 56, Plan 40M~1480, Pickering. The Owner hereby agrees that no further severances, pursuant to The Planning Act or any successor thereto, shall be applied for with respect to the lands and premises herein. This agreement and everything contained herein shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties hereto and their successors and assigns.
