BY-LAW NUMBER 3325/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to
extend the school bus loading zone in front
of Elizabeth B. Phin Public School
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the designation of school bus
loading zones on highways in the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to extend the school bus loading
zone in front of Elizabeth B. Phin Public School 20 metres easterly;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1. Schedule G to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by deleting
"70 metres east of Altona Road" and substituting therefore
"90 metres east of Altona Road".
2. This by-law shall come into effect when appropriate signs
have been erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 4th day
of December, 1989.
