BY-LAW NUMBER 330?/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to
extend the school bus loading zone in front
of Sir John A. Macdonald Public School
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the designation of school bus
loading zones on highways in the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to extend the school bus loading
zone in front of Sir John A, Macdonald Public School 12 metres
westerly;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
l. Schedule G to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by deleting
"60 metres east of Kingfisher Drive" and substituting
therefore "48 metres east of Kingfisher Drive".
2. This by-law shall come into effect when appropriate signs
have been erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 20th day
of November, 1989.
