BY-LAW NO.3294 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate Lot 3, Plan M-1135,
Pickering as public highway (Broadgreen Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Lot 3, Plan
M-1135 which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Lot 3, Plan M- 1135, Pickerin g, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Broadgreen Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of No-
vember, 1989.
