BY-LAW NUMBER 32~9/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Foxwood Trail and Fawndale Road
as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
Foxwood Trail and Fawndale Road as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following:
COLUMN I COLblqN II
Highway From T_~o
Fawndale Road Valley Gate Hoover Drive
and substituting the following therefor:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From T~o
Fawndale Road Riverview Crescent Hoover Drive
{northerly leg)
Foxwood Trail Strouds Lane Sultana Square and
Norfolk Square
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 6th day of
November, 1989.
