BY-LAW NO. 3282 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 16,
Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-12288, as public highway (McKay Road)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot
16, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12288, and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-12288, is hereby dedicated as public highway (McKay Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
October, 1989.
