BY-LAW NO. 3281[89
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 24, Plan
12, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-12495), as public
highway (Wixon Street).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of
Lot 24, Plan 12, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12495, which it desires to
dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 24, Plan 12, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12495
is hereby dedicated as public highway (Wixon Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
October, 1989.
