BY-LAW NO, 3278/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block CX, Plan
M-lO17, Picketing as public highway. (Eyer
Drive) .
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block CX, Plan
M-1017, which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block CX, Plan M-1017, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Eyer
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of
October, 1989.
