BY-LAW NO.3277 /89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
180/75, respecting Lots 1 to 12, 59 to 63, 71 to
146, 155 to 168 and 173 to 186, all inclusive, Plan
M-1017, Picketing and Lots 1, 2, and 4, Plan
M-1135, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-]aw;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 180/75 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of
October, 1989.
