HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3266/89 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 3266/89 Being a by-law to appoint By-law Enforcement Officers for certain purposes (Parking Regulations - Ontario Condominium Corporation No. ll, 1235 Radom Street Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 70 of the Police Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 381, as amended, the council of any municipality or the trustees of any police village may appoint one or more municipal law enforcement officers who shall be peace officers for the purpose of enforcing the by-laws of the municipality or police village; Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering Hereby Enacts as follows: 1. The following person is hereby appointed as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer in and for the Town of Pickering and is hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon the lands known as Ontario Condominium Corporation No. ll, 1235 Radom Street, Pickering, on order to ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 are obeyed and to enforce or carry into effect the said by-law: Judy Duffus 2. The authority 9ranted in section 1 hereto is specifically limited to that set out in section l, and shall not be deemed, at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section 1. 3. This appointment shall expire upon that person set out in section 1 ceasin9 to be an employee of Trelawney Management Services Inc. or Trelawney Management Services Inc. ceasing to be an authorized agent of Ontario Condominium Corporation No. ll, whichever shall occur first.
