BY-LAW NUMBER 3260/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to prohibit
parking on a portion of Twyn Rivers Drive
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on a portion of Twyn
Rivers Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Highway Side From/To Times
Twyn Rivers Drive South Altona Road to 7:00 a.m. to
Hoover Drive 7:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 18th day of
September, 1989.
