BY-LAW NUMBER 3254/89
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended by By-law
2641/88, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 24, Concession 1, in the Town of Pickerir~g. (A 35/89)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed By-law 2641/88
amending By-law 3036, to permit the establishment of certain special purpose commercial uses
on the subject lands, being Part of Lot 24, Concession 1, in the Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended by By-law 2641/g8, to
permit the development of a financial institution with a maximum gross leasable floor area o[
2,750 square metres;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
TEXT AMENDMENT
(1) Section 5.(l)(e)(iv) B of By-law 2641/88 is hereby amended by replacing the number
"109" in the third line below the title "Parking Spaces (minimum)" with the number
"152".
(2) Section 5.(l)(e)(iv) C Il of By-law 26td/88 is hereby amended by:
(a) replacing the number "286" in the fourth line with the number "324";
(b) replacing the number "293" in the last line with the number "336";
(3) Section 5.(l)(e)(v) C III of By-law 2641/88 is hereby amended by deleting the words
"financial institutions" from the second and third lines.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take e[fect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
