BY-LAW NUMBER 3253/89
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 228~/86, which amended
Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Picketing District Planning Area, Region of Durham in Part of Lots 27 and 28,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, in the Town of Picketing.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed By-law 228/~/86,
amending By-law 3036, to permit the establishment of a hotel with ancillary office and
commercial facilities and a vehicle sales or rental establishment on the subject lands, being
Part of Lots 27 and 28, Range 3, Broken Front Concession;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, now deems it
desirable to amend Schedule 'T' of By-law 2280/86 to revise certain dimensions on said
Schedule to permit the expansion of a vehicle sales or rental establishment on the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 2280/86 is hereby revoked and Schedule A attached to this By-law
hereby substituted therefor.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
