HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3249/89 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 3249 /89 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer of that part of Block G, Plan M-1162, Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-11728, from the Corporation of the Town of Picketing to Wayne and Diane Wilkinson. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing owns that part of Block G, Plan M-1162, Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-11728, which is surplus to its needs and which it Wishes to transfer to the owners of the adjacent lot, being Lot 27, Plan M-1162, Pickering; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Land in the form attached hereto as Schedule A by which the Corporation of the Town of Picketing will transfer to Wayne and Diane Wilkinson, as owners of Lot 27, Plan M-1162, Picketing, that part of Block G, Plan M-1162, Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-11728, for the sum of $ -' BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this ~ day of Au- gust, 1989.
