BY-LAW NUMBER 3246/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to prohibit
parkin9 on a portion of Twyn Rivers Drive
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickerin9 and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Twyn Rivers Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Highway Side From/To
Twyn Rivers Drive South Altona Road to See Note 1
Hoover DRive
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 8th
day of August, 1989.
