BY-LAW NUMBER 3238/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating various highways as through
highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
William Street as a through highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From T~o
Dellbrook Avenue Brock Road Valley Farm Road
(Regional Road l)
and substituting the following therefor:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From T~o
Dellbrook Avenue Brock Road Major Oaks Road
{Regional Road l)
Dellbrook Avenue Major Oaks Road Valley Farm Road
Hoover Drive Twyn Rivers Drive Fawndale Road
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW Read a first, second and third time and PASSED this6th day of
November 1989.
