BY-LAW NUMBER 3237(89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
establish a four-way stop at the intersection
of Dellbrook Avenue and Major Oaks Road
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for a
four-way stop at the intersection of Dellbrook Avenue and Major Oaks Road;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering Hereby
Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:
20{a) Dellbrook Avenue and Northbound and southbound on Major
Major Oaks Road Oaks Road and eastbound and westbound
on Dellbrook Avenue
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law Read a first, second and third time and Passed this 6th day of
November1989.
