BY-LAW NUMBER 3234/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to prohibit
parking adjacent to the Picketing Nuclear Generating
Station
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking adjacent to the
Pickering Nuclear Generating Station;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the To.~, uf PicKering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Montgomery Park Both Sandy Beach Road See Note 1
Road to 215 metres
east of Brock Road
Sandy Beach Road Both Montgomery Park See Note 1
Road to 610 metres
north of Montgomery
Park Road
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this
day of August, 1989.
