BY-LAW NO. 3232/89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1003/79, respecting Lots 6 to 10, inclusive and 13
to 23, inclusive, Plan M-1162, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1003/79 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this ~ day of
August, 1989.
