BY-LAW NUMBER 3225/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to prohibit
parking on a portion of Old Forest Road
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Old Forest Road;
NDW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Dld Forest Road Both Rosebank Road to See Note 1
Highbush Trail
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 26th
day of June, 1989.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
