Being a by-law to dedicate Block 12, Plan
40M-1451, Pickering, as public highway.
(Hoover Drive).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 12, Plan
40M-1451, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 12, Plan 40M-1451, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June,
1989.
