BY-LAW NO. 3221/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 45, Plan
40M-1342, Picketing, as public highway (Rouge
Valley Drive).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 45, Plan
40M-1342, Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 45, Plan 40M-1342, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rouge Valley Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June,
1989.
