BY-LAW NO.3220 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 119 and 120,
Plan 40M-1390, Pickering, as public highway
(Brookshire Square).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 119 and
120, Plan 40M-1390, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 119 and 120, Plan 40M-1390, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Brookshire Square).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June,
1989.
