BY-LAW NO. 3204 /89
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 1597/82,
prescribing the form of Demolition Agreement and
authorizing the execution thereof.
WHEREAS on December 20, 1982 the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-law 1597/82, prescribing a form of Demolition Agreement and
authorizing the execution thereof; and
WHEREAS on May 15, 1989, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing
determined that it will no longer enter into such agreements;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1597/82 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June,
1989.
