BY-LAW NO. 3166/89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82,
providing for the regulation and licensing of
places of amusement.
WHEREAS, on January 18th, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-Law 1416/82 to provide for the regulation and licensing of
places of amusement; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend that By-Law in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing hereby
enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "I" to By-Law 1416/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following streets:
Tanzer Court
Albacore Manor
Wayfarer Lane
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of June,
1989.
