BY-LAW NO. 3142/89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1359/81, respecting Lots 16 to 19, inclusive and
Blocks 20 to 26 inclusive, Plan M-1219, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1359/81 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of June,
1989.
