Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2318/86
for the licensing, regulating and governing of
limousine drivers and owners
Whereas By-law Number 2318/86 was enacted on October 20, 1986 for the
licensing, regulating and governing of limousine drivers and owners;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Section l{d) of By-law Number 2318/86 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the words "solely on an hourly basis" and substituting
therefor the word "for remuneration".
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 1st
day of May, 1989.
