BY-LAW NO. 3126/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 41, Plan
40M-1535, Picketing and Part Lot 20, Concession
2, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-11958) as public
highway (Major Oaks Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 41, Plan
40M-1535, Picketing and Part Lot 20, Concession 2, Picketing (Part 1, Plan
40R-11958) which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 41, Plan 40M-1535, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Major Oaks Road).
2. That part of Lot 20, Concession 2, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-11958 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Major Oaks Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of May,
1989.
