BY-LAW NO. 3125/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block D, Plan 1051,
Pickering, as public highway (Fairport Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block D, Plan
1051, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block D, Plan 1051, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of May,
1989.
