BY-LAW NUMBER 3117/89
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended by By-law
2224/86, to implement the Official Plan of the Town o£ Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part of Lot ~3,.~ Concession 1, in the Town of
Picketing. (A 22/88)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 2224/86
amending By-law 3036, to permit the development of detached residential dwelling units, a
neighbourhood park and open space area to occur on the subject lands, being Part of Plans
40M-1.507 and 40M-1308, in the Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation oi the Town oi Pickering now deems it
desirable to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended by By-law 2224/86, to
realign the "OS-HL' Open Space - Hazard Land zone boundary of Lots #1 and 42, Plan 40M-1307
and Blocks ~#, 43 and 46 on Plan 40M-1508, Picketing/
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule I of ByMaw 2224/86 is hereby revoked and Schedule A attached hereto
substituted therefor.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE

Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
