BY-LAW NUMBER 3113/89
Being a by-law to repeal By-law Number 1251/81
to authorize the issuance of licences and charging
of fees for licences to hunt rabbits and pheasants
during the open season
Whereas By-law Number 1251/81 enacted on March 2, 1981 authorizes the
issuance of licences and charging of fees for licences to hunt rabbits
and pheasants during the open season;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. By-law Number 1251/81 is repealed effective December 31, 1989.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th
day of April, 1989.
